Moonulu Worldwide Shipping

Moonulu is pleased to offer international shipping using reliable and secure delivery partners. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you safely and within the estimated timeframe.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Fees may start from a promotional flat rate or be discounted during special offers. Any applicable shipping charges will always be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation. During peak periods, holidays, or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided in the email or by entering your order number or email address on our tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched:

    (Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take longer)

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, transportation disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For U.S. domestic orders, no customs fees apply.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Moonulu.

If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

If your order appears to be lost, please notify us within 10–14 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

Important Notes

  • Moonulu is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, carrier transfers, or transportation strikes.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
  • We do not offer in-person pickup.
